A great potato recipe


you'll need :

1 . med to large cast iron skillet w\tight fitting lid.

2. 15 sections of garlic ,whole.

3.olive oil

peel potatos , use any potato type,red gold Peruvian,etc. Put tatters in small bath of olive oleo , coat well, and salt & pepper hugly...

now put them in cast iron and pour the oil in , then put your pealed garlics through out the potatos in the pan and put on the lowest setting ,heat wise with the cover on. brown potatos slowly and dont burn the garlic . in other words cook
or panroast slowly and serve w\ badassed 1 inch ribeyes or lamby choppins.
